On Sunday February 10th at 2:30 pm at Staples High School in Westport Connecticut there will be a concert event for parents and kids called Thrills & Chills. This concert is presented by Classical Music for Kids.

Two recorder artists, Horacio Franco and Nina Stern, will be playing classic Barouque music on real 18th century instruments. The concert will be directed and conducted by Thomas Crawford. This is a cultural event for the whole family, and provides a nice introduction to classical music for children.

All proceeds will go to support Classical Music for Kids and the Westport Historical Society. In addition to the standard tickets, there will be an Instrument Petting Zoo prior to the concert (beginning at 1 pm). Although the Petting Zoo requires an additional fee, it is a wonderful opportunity for the children of Westport Connecticut to see the real instruments up close.
