The Discovery Museum for kids near Westport Connecticut is holding a five week celebration of everything digital. Encompassing a wide variety of topics this exhibit which runs from February 10, 2008 to March 15, 2008 will have something for everyone.

Throughout the five weeks there will be presentations, classes, parties, and contests. Learn about digital imaging, social networking, media, and new technologies. Most events are included in the price of admission however some do carry an additional charge.

The first party, Family Leap Night, will be on Friday February 29, 2008 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and will showcase community members who use technology in a creative and original manner. Admission is free.

Because this digital celebration continues over school break week for Westport Connecticut and surrounding areas, the Discovery Museum will be holding some school vacation week specials for area kids. There is a charge for these specials. Classes being offered include a GarageBand workshop and a Pico Robots Workshop.
