Given the mild temperatures this winter, a family trip to the Beardsley Zoo in February may be just the thing to entertain the kids during the winter break this week. Located near Westport Connecticut, the Beardsley Zoo is offering a program called Cupid’s Corner daily from Monday February 18 to Friday February 22, 2008 from 1 to 2 pm.
This program which is aimed at elementary age children will feature a different animal everyday. Animal facts, animal tales, and arts and crafts will round out a fun filled hour. Cupid’s Corner will be conducted inside Professor Beardsley’s Research Station so everyone will stay warm and dry.
