The Westport Connecticut elementary schools will be holding an orientation meeting for parents of children that will start kindergarten in Fall of this year. The meetings will take place at each respective Westport Connecticut Elementary School on March 17 from 9:30 to 10:30 am.

Saugatuck Nursery School in Westport Connecticut is offering programs for February vacation week. The Westport Connecticut Public Schools will be having their winter break from February 18 to February 22, 2008. Many of the preschools in Westport Connecticut follow the Westport Connecticut Public School calendar and will be off during that week as well.

Working parents are put in the tough position of scrambling for care for their kids. And all parents may need a little break during this long week off from school. Saugatuck Nursery School in Westport Connecticut aims to fill the gap with their wonderful vacation programs. These vacation programs are open to all children between the ages of 3 and 7. Each day of the preschool vacation program has a different and exciting theme as follows:

Friday, February 22 - Dynamite Dinosaurs

The Bedford Middle School Acting Group in Westport CT presents the Will Rogers follies. Performances are as follows:

Friday February 1st at 7:30 pm,
Saturday February 2nd at 2 pm and 7:30 pm, and
Sunday February 3rd at 2 pm

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for kids. Children under 3 are free.
